Personal Training Costs
  • Onsite or virtual personal training at DO It All Wellness Facility $1 minute, minimum of 30 minutes
  • Personal training onsite at your location or gym, $2 a minute, minimum of 30 minutes

Body Composition Testing

Testing onsite at DO It All Wellness or at your location is
$50 for each 30 minute session

Session consists of Body fat testing, body circumference measurements, a review of your scores and goal setting

I’ve been a professional wellness consultant and personal trainer since 2002. I believe in starting slow, being realistic when it comes to goal setting, accountability, having a positive mindset, creating partnerships with a purpose, and always striving for significant outcomes. When you work with me, you should expect a collaboration with transparency and consistency. Health and Wellness Coaches partner with clients seeking self-directed, lasting changes, aligned with their values, which promote health and wellness and, thereby, enhance well- being. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise and Fitness Management. In addition, I have health coaching certifications from Wellcoaches, Wellness Inventory, American Lung Association Instructor certified, and a Personal training certification from American Council of Exercise.
